This fully washed coffee was grown by the various small holder producers in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia between 1,800 – 2,100 meters above sea level. The cup is a classic Yirgacheffe profile with aromatic notes of jasmine and vanilla with a dynamic and lush juicy acidity of peach and mango.
